Customer Access
Invite-led
Customers can share an email to join early-access waves for the Play Store release and close-testing updates.
Access · Close testing phase
HosaFlow is in close testing. Customer access is currently invite-led, and merchant onboarding is being handled directly with rollout support for discovery, AI-assisted setup, loyalty, payments, and checkout readiness.
Access clarity
This stage is about disciplined rollout, not public pricing theater. We are separating shopper access from merchant onboarding so both sides enter with the right expectations.
Customer Access

Merchant Onboarding
Stores can start with discovery, local content, storefront themes, loyalty, payments, and checkout planning without waiting for a broad public launch.
AI Value Right Now
Premium-feeling AI-assisted workflows are part of the close-testing story, but we are not publishing hard public price tables before the rollout is ready.
We are intentionally using close-testing and onboarding language instead of pretending this is a universal public launch. If pricing changes later, it will be published clearly and with context.
Merchant payment and checkout flows should still be validated carefully before broad live usage. Customer access also remains wave-based while close testing expands.
Can customers join right now? Yes, through early-access requests. We are handling customer invite waves deliberately while close testing expands.
Can merchants start before broad public launch? Yes. Merchant onboarding is already active for discovery, hybrid rollout, and checkout planning.
Are AI features publicly priced already? Not yet. AI-assisted workflows are part of the close-testing story, but hard public price tables will follow when rollout maturity supports them.
Can merchants use HosaFlow without full checkout rollout first? Yes. Discovery-first and hybrid rollout paths remain valid for stores that want local visibility before deeper checkout activation.
Why is the wording focused on close testing? Because the product surface has grown fast, and we want the marketing language to stay truthful about current rollout stage.
Customer early access and merchant onboarding are open now, but they are intentionally handled differently during close testing.
