Account Deletion

Request deletion of your HosaFlow customer account

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at support@hosaflow.com from your registered email, or contact support from the app.
  2. Include your registered phone/email and mention "Account Deletion Request".
  3. We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  4. After verification, we process deletion/anonymization and confirm by email.

Data deleted or anonymized

  • Customer profile personal fields (name, email, phone)
  • Saved payment method preferences (for example saved UPI app/UPI ID)
  • Registered push-device token mappings tied to the customer profile
  • Shopping templates and convenience data linked only to the customer profile

Data retained (limited scope)

  • Completed transaction records and order references
  • Tax/accounting records required by law
  • Security and fraud-prevention audit logs
  • Store-side business records needed for reconciliation and compliance

Why retention exists: we preserve only the minimum records required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and security obligations.

Timeline: we target processing verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Irreversible: once deletion/anonymization is completed, it cannot be undone.
